PROCESSING TIMES

Please note that processing times are longer than normal. Currently, proofs are sent within 2-3 business days. After you approve your proof, items have the following processing times prior to shipping:

5"x7" print on photo paper, 5"x7" canvas sheet, 8"x10" print on photo paper, 8"x10" canvas sheet, 8"x10" canvas wrap, 11"x14" canvas sheet- will be ready to ship within 2-3 business days after you approve the proof

All other items- will be ready to ship within 8-12 business days after you approve the proof.

Frequently asked questions

How long will it take me to receive my order?

Prints on photo paper, canvas sheet, canvas wraps, framed prints, framed canvas, metal prints & wood prints: Proof will be sent within 2-3 business days; after customer approves proof, items are ready to ship in 2-4 business days. Shipping time is typically around 3-5 business days for US shipping, but may be longer. Shipping to Canada typically is around 5-8 business days, but may take longer. International shipping typically is 1-2 weeks, but may take longer.

Please contact me if you need your item by a specific date. Rush processing & rush shipping are optional add-ons.

Can I return an item?

Returns are only accepted if item is not as described. If your item is damaged in transit, please contact me and I will send a replacement.

Will prints on photo paper & canvas sheet be ready to mat/frame upon arrival?

Absolutely! Prints on photo paper or canvas sheet will have a white border that will allow you to easily mat & frame your print. You will want to choose a mat & frame set that accommodates a mat opening in the size ordered.

For example: if you order a 8"x10" print, it will fit in a frame with a mat that has an 8"x10" opening.

What if I do not respond to the email with my proof?

If you do not respond, I will reach out again directly to your email. If you do not reply within 7 days, your item may be printed/shipped without proof approval. If changes are requested after item has been printed, you may be charged a reprint/shipping fee.
